Although Trash the Dress Sessions are increasing in popularity some Brides are just not going to climb into a lake with their wedding gown on!

As my own wedding approaches I totally get this.  I have mixed feelings about trashing my own dress.  On one hand, it’s not like I’m going to wear it again and the images from a Trash the Dress Session are always super unique.  On the other hand, it’s my wedding dress!  It’s been altered to fit me perfectly.  It’s the dress I will wear on one of the most important days of my life!  I get it!

Scott and Missy’s Post Wedding Session is a perfect example of the type of images you can capture without “trashing” your dress.  I love doing sessions like this!  The couple is relaxed.  If the dress gets a little dirty, no biggie.  There is no rush and we can choose the time of day to do the session.  Images on the wedding day are limited by a schedule.  These are not.

Scott and Missy were supposed to have their wedding outdoors.  Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate that day and they had to move their ceremony inside.  I’m so glad they decided to do a post wedding session with me!  This time the weather was just perfect.
